COVID-19 GUIDELINES

Due to the new stay-at-home order put in place by Governor Newsom, we regretfully have reduce the days and times we are taking appointments for the month of December in order to lessen potential spread and contact.

 As a small business, we sincerely appreciate + thank you for your consideration + support during this time. 

 

These past few months have  been challenging for everyone, and we hope that you all are safe + healthy amidst the COVID-19 pandemic. We feel extremely fortunate to be able to welcome our clients in for treatment, As the state of this public health emergency changes from day to day, we remain focused on keeping our employees and clients safe, healthy and informed. Please feel free to contact us if you have any questions or concerns. 

 

All our team members are required to have their temperature check each morning.

 We also be checking your temperature before each appointment and require a temperature of 99 F or below to proceed with the appointment. 

 

Face masks will be required to be worn by everyone.

 

To limit the amount of persons in the building, we will not be taking walk-ins. We will be seeing patients by appointment only. Due to additional time we dedicated per patient for our need sanitizing methods, our late cancel/no show fee is strictly enforced.

 

To limit the contact and possible spread, we are only allowing one patient at a time, with no guests or children allowed to appointments. 

 

We have adopted additional sanitizing methods and are taking an extra 15 minutes after each patient to disinfect all areas used.

 

We are happy to continue are local delivery (10 mile radius) and curbside pickup to everyone who wants to stock up on skin care products.

We will be requiring a mask be worn by everyone at Medspa DeLuxe LA.

 

Please call us when you arrive and wait in your car. We will come to you and take your temperature and give you a new COVID guideline consent form to read and sign. A temperature of 99 F or below to proceed with the appointment. 

 

We will conduct a health screening Q+A one day before, when we are calling to confirm your appointment. Another health screening Q+A/consent and temperature check will be done upon your arrival prior to your appointment. 

 

Due to high demand + additional time we dedicated per patient for our need sanitizing methods, our late cancel/no show fee is strictly enforced. Thank you for understanding.
